Sneaky

Am currently doing my thing in Vilnius, Lithuania. Have slapped a local pre-paid SIM card into my unlocked phone.

What's really cunning about their price plan is that they charge you LTL 0.25 (about 7 eucocents) just to check your balance. So presumably people will top-up unnecessarily often and maintain a higher balance that they otherwise would.

Free cash float, dontcha just love it.
