The regional administrator in our office constantly experiences this issue, especially since she acquired a wireless headset and thus can be on the phone anywhere at any time. My (comical) proposed solution: A hat with a large rotating blue light on the top of it, a la the sale marker in the American Kmart discount chain, set to go on whenever she's on the line!
