Are we nearly there yet?

London's Gatwick airport isn't one of the world's great attractions at the best of times, and even worse when they make you queue for an hour because they don't have enough people to man the security area. (Four of nine machines operating on a Friday evening -- c'mon!) As long as the public understand that the purpose of airports is shopping, not flying, we'll be OK though.

Anyhow, sat on my bench waiting for my delayed flight (delayed because the passengers at Gatwick all day were having difficulty reaching planes...) I saw a common theme around me.

I'm sure my children as adults will find it peculiar that the Internet was a thing you had to go to specific places to use, and isn't always around everywhere (hasn't is always been?).
