Done - it's a fair payback. Your's & James' posts are consistently the best stuff out in the blogsphere. Also using Surveymonkey is a great example of disintermediation, you're not paying an expensive market research company to do the tele-research on your behalf, plus you can slice and dice the data the way you want to.

Interesting stuff. There were a couple of places I wanted to answer "not sure" or "don't know enough" so at least one item (what to do inside the telco) I answered without any confidence.
