Telephony trouble

Step 1: Give client SkypeIn number.
Step 2: Wait for call at appointed time.

Step 3: See step 2.

Step 4: Get Skype voicemail! "Hi Martin, we have a call scheduled, do give me a call back on..."

Step 5: Open up Jajah to call him back.

Step 6: See figure 1.

Step 7: Scream.
